UK ATOMIC ENERGY AUTHORITY_R&D BUILDING

The project aims to deliver 8,000m2 of specialist research and development space for the UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA), comprising of:
• 2,000m2 of research/engineering space.
• 6,000m2 of office/lab space over 4 floors that can either be let singly or up to
eight separate occupiers together with that can be let singly or in up to three
separate units.
• Multi-storey car park with a capacity of c300 parking bays.
