The building comprises 221,712 sq.ft of office and ancilliary accomodation and 1,958 sq.ft of retail space arranged over 9 floors with 3 levels of basement parking. The building sets back to the rear at level 6 to bring natural light into the Atrium.
The ground floor hosts the main entrance vestibule, Atrium reception, office space, retail units and a suite of management offices and plant rooms.
The lower two levels (GF & 1F) of the atrium reception space are to recieve new floor and wall finishes. The existing marble dado and ‘feature portals’ are to be overclad with veneered timber panelling with integrated lighting. Soft furnished seating is to be integrated into the alcoves and loose furniture introduced into the space to create a business lounge / visitor waiting area.
